The three groups shared a need to replace their existing software with something better suited for the 21st Century. The current product had served us well but was unable to take advantage of new computer technology.
After looking around we soon discovered that there was not a suitable or affordable product on the market that met our needs, so we set about developing our own. Thus CATSS was born. We have used our own organisations to test and develop the software and it has been operated by all three partners since 2006.
CATSS is now being used by charities and local authorities in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
